YOU TOO CAN LEARN TO PLAY FLAG FOOTBALL!
Athletes who experience challenges in learning team sports will participate at
their own level of skills acquisition, in a positive, safe “NO TACKLE” organized
youth flag football program. This is a free opportunity to receive coaching from
the seasoned certified football coaches. Utilizing the peer tutor /mentoring
method of instruction with a developmental progression of motor skills training,
participants and their buddies will practice 8 (one hour) sessions, twice a week
during August 2019 with the game day TBA in early September. The registration
is in May 2019 and participants will receive a jersey with their name on it, a
trophy and experience comradery in a non-competitive environment.
Participants will need to have their own transportation provided. A parent of
guardian must be present at all practices and attend the game.
On-line registration is open for athletes (Boys & Girls) 6-18 who’s disability
prevents them from being successful in the Pop Warner organized youth football
league.

Now accepting volunteers for one- on- one tutors for athletes! You must be over
the age of 13 years old, possess a desire to learn to be a positive role model and
will commit to being on the field during the practices and the game for the entire
season.
